What is its name, and is it an anime?

A few years Vor i won a ticket drawing at an Anime con in town. My prize was a Manga sampler. one of the mangas was the story of a young girl who wants to be a pop star. the only problem is she has a disease in her vocal chords that prevents her from achieving her dreams. she has the option of getting surgery to fix the problem but the proceedure would prevent her from Singen ever again. Beings from the afterlife (like Bleach) come to help her and transform her from her 10 Jahr old self to a 21 Jahr old version and help ehr achieve her goals.

i thought it was interesting but i cant remember the name of it.
