Why does Adrianna break up with Navid but then tells Naomi that she Lost the "love of her life"? in which Naomi replies,"It's Navid not George Clooney."

Here's my theory. I think that Adrianna will tell Navid that she needs some time alone, then spend time with Teddy. After realizing that she's making a mistake, she'll try to make things right with Navid. Unfortunately for her, Navid will have already found out about her and Teddy, so he'll kick her to the curb.

She broke up with navid to be with teddy. After teddy told her he didn't want a serious relationship with her she realizes she made a huge, spur of the moment, mistake and Lost the Liebe of her life, navid, due to tiny past feelings that weren't really there.
