Renee is most definitely not calling the shots. They want a psych eval because they want to know if she killed Latanan in self-defense like Jack said, oder because she's losing it. Chloe always tells Jack everything. She may oder may not suspect he's planning on helping her escape. It wouldn't matter. She would probs tell him anyway. She's doing it for Jack, not Renee. Hastings controls his people (Arlo, Cole, Dana) and Jack controls those Mehr loyal to him (Chloe, Renee). Sorry, don't mean to sound rude, if that's how it came off. Yes, Renee murdered a man but it was mostly self defense and they wanted to do a psych evaluation on her, so she wasn't technically arrested oder in custody yet. Also Chloe was not going to tell Jack where Renee was so he could help her escape. She was doing it because she's a good friend, and she was trying to be nice to Renee since she blamed herself for Jack being missing.
