“Belle?”
I rested alone in my room, watching the snow fall outside my window. My mom came in, her perfect blonde hair lying carefully on her shoulders. She wore her leather jacke like she usually did on her work days. Like she did nearly every day. “I’m going now. Are Du sure Du don’t want to come meet them?”
“Positive. I’m not a hero. Don’t belong there.”
She nodded and shut my door. I watched her in the snow, trudging up to a blonde man, together they went to where I knew their ‘Team’ would be waiting.
Once they were gone, I relaxed even further into my bed. It bugged me how persistent Mom was on me meeting those other teens. She only wanted me to have what was best. oder did she want me controlling my powers? In retrospect this idea was kind of ironic, because of her own powers. She was really loud.
I created complete silence.
I suppose it wouldn’t hurt to meet them. I knew one of them already. But it was too late to go with my mom, who was long gone. I looked up and smiled. I guess I could say hi real quick to some old friends...
I leapt up and raced over to my closet, and opened the glass sliding door. There was a couple of hanging dresses and hats, but this wasn’t what I was looking for. I taube into the back of my closet, into an area my mom called the ‘forbidden zone,’ and I pulled out a pair of black jeans and a matching tank top. Then I wrapped a black bandana around my head, pulled my hair up, and slid on a pair of sunglasses. I jumped out the window with my makeshift grappling line, flying towards downtown Gotham.

I landed precisely on the building they were targeting, knowing that it was the last place in downtown Gotham they needed to complete their record. Tobias and Drew were two teens I wouldn’t let loose again. And yet, I loved them so much when they were at school, because these two twins were so sweet and yet seethingly evil inside.
I spotted them about 3 miles away, sprinting at full pace towards the diamond shop. I let them get close, dangerously close. They were actually inside when I went to stop them.
“Hiya, noobs.”
They whirled around, their perfect red and orange hair flahing as they moved. “Oh. It’s you.” Drew giggled. “What are Du gonna do, calm us down? Silence us?”
I shifted my weight to my left side, watching Tobias Mehr than Drew. He was cute, and not a little boy cute. This kid was 15 years old, I was 14. I’m pretty sure this is my hormones speaking. He lifted his crowbar, however, and I smiled. What a stupid joke. “A crowbar? Really?”
He looked at the object in his hand, and he began running. I suddenly realized what he was doing. “Shit, man, what’s wrong with you? I’m a human too!” I screamed at him as I backflipped onto the counters. He rammed into the glass cases and set off alarms. Ah, fuck.
I grabbed his gürtel and whirled him around, slamming him onto the floor. He took a messer and slashed at my arms, drawing blood through the tears of the dark fabric. I kicked his nose, which instantly started to bleed, and suddenly Drew leapt onto my back, attacking me in a deadly piggyback ride. I rolled onto the floor and kicked her too, but she really beat me up. I finally rolled back over her and managed to find her pressure point, instantly knocking her out. Her brother was already passed out, because I’d kicked him hard enough in the face to knock him out as well. I backed up and began racing towards the door, knowing that my mom’d be Home soon. On my way out, I poured water over where I’d bled so they wouldn’t trace it back to me.
I finally made it out the door and onto the roof as authorities arrived. They weren’t the authorities I’d expected though. I finally saw who was on the Team, the one mom trained. They were in and out in a couple of seconds, and finally Mom arrived.
Robin, I’d assumed it was him, came up to her. “Already taken out and tied up, Canary.”
Mom looked slightly confused for a second. Then she looked around and her eyes settled on me. I instinctively crouched down even further, but she’d already seen. She motioned for me to come down, and something in her eyes told me not only was she not happy, but I was about to meet the team.

Eyes of Artemis
Dick’s POV:
He let a small laugh escape through his mouth. He knew it was Artemis and maybe she knew he was Robin. But it was a tiny chance he looked at her, standing in the crowd talking to Rachel a senior year. He smiled. Artemis was in good hands.
Artemis POV:
“Thanks” She putted the papers in her bag. “tomorrow a need them back so don’t forget them.” “Got it.” Artemis answered. Rachel started to talk “Well, let’s start then, We are now in the hall of the Gotham academy.” Artemis looked around, everybody was to their lessons except a few. The hall itself was made of grey, silvery stone. The Wand reflected the blue sky and she thought of the strange boy. “Are Du coming oder not?” Rachel stood in the giant stanchion. “I’m coming.” As she walked to Rachel remembering the mysterious laugh.
Dick’s POV:
