My eyes snapped open. I was lying on Kalder’s chest, his arm around my waist. I gently removed his arm, and then checked his breathing. It was slow and soft, but it was there. I sighed with relief. I looked around, then finally my eyes fell upon Black Canary and Green Arrow. I walked over to them, grabbed Green Arrow Von the waist and pulled him out, then pulled Canary out Von her waist. I woke them up once we were in the mission room, away from the door to the lounge.
“Night? What’s wrong?” Canary asked
“I know that you’re my real mother” I said. Both Green Arrow’s and Black Canary’s eyes widened.
“How did Du find out?” Arrow asked
“I had a dream and a ghost sagte that my bearers were near. I asked what she meant and she told me that Du to were my real parents” I explained
“Night, I wanted to tell Du when we first met-“
“No offense, but I don’t really care about that. I was wondering why Du didn’t keep me, why Du sent me off to those people who were dead Von the time I was three?” I interrupted Black Canary
“Sweetie, we’re heroes. I couldn’t take time off of work to take care of you. It broke my herz when I found out your foster parents died at when Du were three. When I saw Du a week ago, I knew it was the right decision to give Du up. I was going to take Du back as soon as Du were fifteen” she explained
“I understand” I agreed
“You mean Du aren’t mad?” Green Arrow asked
“No, Du told me the truth. Why would I be mad?” I asked
“Because in Filme kids al- ah never mind” he replied. I smiled. They smiled back. I started to walk away, then turned around, ran back gave them a huge hug, then went back into the lounge. To my horror, I found Red haube in there, a dagger in his hand, getting ready to strike. His target was Kalder.
“Red Hood! What are Du doing?!” I demanded
“I saw Du KISS him last night. I know how Du feel about him, too. I thought my KISS to Du meant something. But apparently not. I know for a fact this will though” he growled. I ran over and jumped in the way of his strike, the dagger cutting a Slash down my arm. I screamed in pain. Black Canary and Green Arrow came running in. Green Arrow shot an Arrow at him, while Canary came running over. Kalder had awoken, along with everyone else in the lounge. Some people drew their weapons and had them pointed at Red Hood, while others were taking care of me. My wound was turning green. I couldn’t look at it with out feeling nauseous.
“Poison on the dagger. Pretty stupid of me, eh?” I whispered to Kalder. My eyes closed and I heard people rushing about, then everything went silent.
