His powers brought him back to life, but he is now stuck in the body of a 13 yr old, when he is currently 18. Requires more and more of his powers to keep him alive for everytime he dies. His body hold 10 Megawatts of juice for every year he actually is. Family died when his powers emerged. A kind person who refuses to kill if it can be avoided. Can use abilities to heal flesh wounds, can drain and restore power to buildings. Power quickly advances as he drains beyond half his body's limit of storable juice.
