Undertaker vs. Edge for the World Heavyweight Championship

Undertaker was victorious...but still not regaining his title. Smackdown General Manager, Vickie Guererro informed the champion that, he was not a champion. The Titel remains vacant as the Undertaker did not win Von pinfall, he won the match via count out and therefore Undertaker could not take Home the gold.

Mickie James vs. Beth Phoenix vs. Melina for the WWE Womens Championship

Mickie James walked into the arena as champion...and walked out with the Gold STILL around her waist. Mickie James proved the ultimate triple threat last night after she pinned Melina to continue her reign as champion.

The Miz & John Morrison vs. ECW Champion Kane & CM Punk

The Miz & John Morrison defended the WWE Tag Team titles against ECW Champion, Kane & Mr. Money in the Bank, CM Punk. Kane and Punk were defeated Von the Champs, Miz distracted Punk long enough for Morrison to steal the three count and the Tag Champs prevailed at Judgement Day.

MVP vs. Jeff Hardy

MVP put the challenge out to anyone, he wanted to prove he was the best, all MVP got was a rude awakening from Jeff Hardy. Fans expected MVP to face off against Matt but the United States Champion informed MVP he wouldn't be there, because he had already proved better than the cocky MVP. Jeff showed MVP that he was the Most Valuable Player in the very physical match up, as he ended the match with a Whisper in the Wind and the one-two-three to win.

John Cena vs. JBL

JBL was in firm control throughout most of the match. But self-proclaimed 'wrestling god' made one mistake, leaving an opening for John Cena to apply the FU and take the victory.

HBK vs. Chris Jericho

HBK managed to break the walls of Jericho last night, Von reversing Y2J's walls of Jericho to a roll up, in a very physical match up. HBK won the match after weeks of a 'war of the words' between the two following HBK's victory at Backlash after faking a knee injury. This past week on Raw, HBK proved he was fine after applying Sweet Chin Musik to Y2J's jaw, causing mayhem...

That sums up Judgment day, 2008.
