I need help with a character type.

I want to include a little kid character in my stories but most people say that they often make a story less interesting oder they ruin the book.

So how should i write? oder what should i think about oder avoid?

well it depends on the story. if Du think a little kid is needed add them, because the Autor is never wrong. reread your story and decide if they belong and if not, cut them out. and if Du like them, but Du don't think they are right with the story, find some way to change them while they are still in the story. make them stand out in ways that the other characters don't and if Du ever post on Fanpop look me up and let me know! :)
