Help with dress shoes

I can't find dress shoes wide enough for my feet. And i'm still getting blisters with the ones I have now. I go to a catholic, private school and dress shoes are required (its rule) on Tuesdays (mass days). I only had these shoes for a little Mehr than a half a Jahr and I wear them 1-2 a week. Are they not broken in yet oder what?
Any girly girls out there who know oder older girls?
