this is a list of species for my RP called Into oblivion: Armageddon. This will help you have an easier time choosing what species you would like to be. Also, if you have any species ideas tell me or the admins with a picture or detailed description and we will probably add it. Don't worry, you will get credit

Demonic Species

Demon Lords: Little is known about the Demon Lords except that their are six of them, they are all powerful and one was banished for acts of treason long ago.

Demos: Demos, the eldest of the Demon Lords,was accused of treason for falling in love with the High Angel Angelus and was banished from the underworld.

Vampires: Vampires cannot use magic but are very fast and strong. When a human is bitten by a Vampire they can no longer use magic and turn into Vampire.

Scamps: Other than the horns, red skin, pointy ears, and tails these demons look like young adults and find joy in causing mischief. Very skilled with magic, they are quick and agile.

Monitors: Not much to these guys. An average of eight feet tall, very muscular and very dumb.

Shadow People: The first stage in a horrible series of mutations known in the demon world as The Shadow Plague. Symptoms include: irritability, sensitivity to light, ignoring basic necessities and insomnia. This stage only lasts for a few weeks. Shadow People will attack anyone and anything on sight.

Darklings: The second stage of The Shadow Plague. Small Impish creatures with only three things on their minds 1. breaking stuff 2. causing as much chaos as possible 3. eating. Direct sunlight will kill them and almost any light will hurt them. This stage can last for years. Darklings cannot use magic but are incredibly strong and other that using light they are hard to kill. They are dangerous in packs and are very persistent. They often fight with small sharp objects and have a sick sense of humor. Darkling have very sharp claws and teeth.

Awakened Shadows: The third and final stage in The Shadow Plague. They literally look like shadows without any thing casting them. Direct sunlight kills them and almost all light hurts them. They feed by sneaking up on it's victims(which is quite easy seeing as they are shadows)and sucking out their soul, usually while the victim is sleeping, and turns them into a Shadow Person

Hell Hounds: demonic dogs roughly the size of timber wolves. They often travel in packs and are very aggressive. Their are meany different breeds of Hell Hounds just like regular dogs.

Alphas: Smaller than regular Hell Hounds but faster and smarter. These are one of the four most rare breeds of Hell Hounds and are often owned by high ranking generals in the demon army. These hounds have skeletal heads and glowing eyes. These hounds only travel in packs of two or three

Cerberus: The largest of the Hell Hounds and the Most rare. They have three heads and are only owned by Demon Lords

Fire Hounds: Another rare breed of Hell Hound. These are one of the biggest and meanest of the species. As the name suggests these hounds can breath and catch fire at will. Fire Hounds often travel alone

Shadow Hounds: Another of the rare Hell Hound Breeds are the Shadow Hounds. These may be the smallest of the species but they are also the most cunning. They can teleport short distances through shadows and are very sensitive to light. They only travel in packs of three or four.

Mutts: These are the most common of the Hell Hound species. They look like pure black timber wolves and travel in packs of 5 to 15


Angelic Species

High Angels: Much like the Demon Lords, little is known of the High Angels except they are all powerful and one was banished for acts of treason long ago

Angelus: Angelus, the eldest High Angels, was accused of treason for falling in love with the Demon Lord Demos and was banished from the heavens.

Guardians: A Guardian is an angel that has gone to earth and dedicated his or her life to protecting humans. Very skilled with magic but fall short when it comes to hand-to-hand combat.

Asir: An Asir is an angel that has committed treason. As punishment an Asir has it's wings cut from it's back and is forced to walk the earth in exile.

Dragons: Dragons are some of the most destructive and ancient beings in the angelic army. These large reptilian creatures can breath fire and are very intelligent.

Phoenix: These hawk like creatures catch fire and swoop down upon their enemies.

Werewolves: Contrary to popular belief werewolves are actually angelic creatures. Werewolves stand at an average of seven feet tall and are very fast and strong. When in human form they have enlarged adrenal glands and can shift to their true form at will. Their power waxes and wains with the cycles of the moon. When humans are bitten by a Werewolf they can no longer use any magic and turn into a Werewolf during each full moon, but with practice they can stop or bring on a transformation.

Human Species

Humans: Almost all humans have the potential to use magic but it is very hard to learn. Not meany regular humans have survived but the ones that have are usually very skilled.

(Demonic or Holy)Chosen Ones: The Chosen Ones are regular humans hand picked by the Demon Lords or High Angels to do their bidding and are granted mystical powers. Occasionally a Chosen One will change physically when marked.

Demonic Chosen Ones(often called demon tamers): All Demonic Chosen Ones have two weapons. A flaming whip(as in a whip made of fire) and binding chains(they use these magical chains to bind demons). The more powerful the demon tamer the longer the whip and the more chains. Other than the whips and chains demon tamers are not very skilled with magic but will occasionally learn a few spells . They are branded with the Demon seal on the backs of their hands.

Holy Chosen Ones(often called protectors): All Holy Chosen ones are very skilled with magic, they can cast a variety of spells from summoning balls of light to shooting lightning bolts. the more powerful the protectors the more powerful the spell. Protectors usually depend on magic in a fight but they usually have a few weapons just in case. They are branded with the Angel seal on the upper arms


The Dammed: Humans with demon blood that was awakened during the war. As a mark The Damned have leathery bat like wings. The Dammed are compelled to do evil due to their demonic nature. Often called Dammed Humans Dark Ones and Dark Bloods

The Blessed: Humans with angel blood that was awakened during the war. As a mark The Blessed have black angel wings. The Blessed are compelled to do good due to their holy nature. Often called Blessed Humans, Holy Ones and Gold Bloods
