"Flight 16 is about to land.Please fasten your seatbelts,"a voice rang.I opened my eyes.It took me a Minute to recognise my surroundings.The memories of the wedding flooded back into my mind.I was about to find out where Jake and I were going for our honeymoon."Good morning sleepyhead,"Jake said."Or should I say,good afternoon.I thought that flight would never end!"
I sat up and smiled."Well,at least we're about to land.I still don't see why Du couldn't tell me where we're going."
He smiled,too."It was supposed to be a surprise."Just then,the pilot's voice rang out."I repeat.Flight 16 for Paris,France is about to land.Please fasten your seatbelts."Jake groaned.
My eyes widened."Paris?You're taking me to Paris?!
"It was supposed to be a surprise!"He said."Stupid pilot."I laughed."I would have found out eventually."I couldn't believe it!I'd always wanted to go to Paris.The City of Love.Ironic.
The wheels of the plane bumped the foreign runway.Finally!I was dying to stand up.


That night,Jake surprised me."We are going for abendessen at the oben, nach oben of the Eiffel Tower,"he said,in a silly foreign voice.Once again,my eyes widened."The Eiffel Tower?"I questioned,shocked."Yep,"he answered.
"Wow."
"Come on,"he said.I grabbed his hand and we walked out of the hotel we were staying at.He already had a taxi waiting.As we drove past the city lights,I looked at our surroundings.French bakeries and shops crowded the streets.I snuggled down into Jacob's warm shoulder for the rest of the ride.
Suddenly-probably about twenty Minuten later-the cab jolted to a stop.Jake leaned up,payed the driver,and opened the door.I climbed out and looked up in amazement.The Eiffel Tower loomed over us.Lights lit up the criss-crossing bars.Jake tugged my hand and we walked to an elevator.He pressed a button and the doors slid shut.When they opened,we walked through a small doorway and onto a large balcony that overlooked the city of Paris.
"This is amazing!"I said.Jake pulled me over to a small tabelle with two chairs.He held mine out as I slid in.Almost instantly,a waiter came over.I was so glad that Carlisle and I had studied so many languages.Without speaking French,I don't know what I would have done.I fluently asked him for water and two menues."When did Du learn to speak French?"Jacob asked."Carlisle,"I answered."Oh."
Once we got our menues,I scanned over the foods.Jake didn't need any help because they also had the descriptions in English."How can we afford all this?"I asked once I saw the prices."I have my ways,"he said.
We placed our orders and waited."You know,I've always wanted to eat French food,"I said."I've never really thought about it,"said Jacob."Wow,they make it fast!"He said,turning his head to look at the waiter coming with our food.I sniffed in as he placed my dish in front of me.It smelled delicious!
"You know,"I started to say."What?"He asked.I felt my cheeks go red.Bad habit."Nevermind,"I answered.He reached over and tilted my chin up."WHAT?"I looked into his soft,brown eyes."Well,I've kind of been thinking a-about,"my voice dropped to a whisper.I paused."B-babies?"I saw his curious eyes turn shocked and his arms grow tense."Oh."
He released my chin."Yeah,"I said."It's just,I've always wanted a family.I know it's soon but-please?"He sighed."I can't believe you.You had to ask?Of course I want a family.And if you're happy,I'm happy!"He smiled.
My nervousness turned to joy."Oh,thank you!"I jumped up and ran to hug him.I buried my face in his neck.He rubbed my back."Don't ever be afraid to ask me something.Come on,let's eat."


I woke up Rapunzel – Neu verföhnt in Jacob's arms.He was asleep,breathing heavily.My cell phone was ringing.I sleepily leaned over the bett and answered it."H-hello?"I asked."Renesmee!"A voice answered."Mom?"
"Renesmee,I'm so sorry but,"she voice started to break."Mom,"I asked."What is it?"I was getting worried."Your Grandpa Charlie's had a massive herz attack.It doesn't look so good.I'm sorry but I think that Du two need to come see him."
What?This couldn't be happening!Everything was so perfect."Don't worry,I'm coming,"I said.I hung up.I climbed over Jake."Jake?"I asked."Wake up!"I started shaking him.One eye opened.He could tell Von my face that something was wrong."He sat up and looked into my eyes."What's wrong?"
"It's Charlie,"I said."We have to leave.Now."
