Chapter 10: Imprint.
There was no sound around her, except for quiet breathing. Renesmee felt groggy and disoriented, and she wasn’t sure where she was. Her arm seared with pain.
“She’s awake,” Someone murmured. Renesmee recognized the voice of her father. So she was home. Slowly Renesmee opened her eyes, letting them adjust quickly to the bright white light. The first face she saw was her mother’s, her golden eyes filled with concern.
“Renesmee, baby, are Du ok?” she whispered, her beautiful voice breaking the tense silence in the room. Renesmee was laying on one of the white couches, her family spread across the room.
“What happened?” she whispered, looking towards Alice and her father, who were talking privately.
“Well from what we got out of that mutt, sounds like you’ve got another werewolf in your life,” Emmett said. Renesmee cringed, something in her clicking. Suddenly, she remembered the strange silver eyes of the wolf Blake as they locked with mine.
“No,” she whispered.
“Nessie it’s gonna be okay,” Rosalie murmured. She approached her, passing a hand through her curly bronze hair.
“Where’s Jake?” Renesmee asked, sitting up. Her arm was bandaged but it still ached with a fiery pain. Her father looked at her, his eyes blazing with anger. Alice touched his arm lightly, and he Lost the expression, glancing at her mother. She glided over to him, her steps graceful. Jasper walked towards Renesmee, and a strong rush of calm spread through her body. Renesmee smiled at him, and he grinned back. Alice danced towards him, tugging him out of the room before throwing her a meaningful look.
“Where’s Jacob?” Renesmee repeated again. Her dad looked at her, narrowing his eyes.
“He’s in your room. He’s been waiting for Du to wake up… Jake!” her dad yelled, his voice thundering through the house.
From upstairs Renesmee heard her door open, and quiet footsteps walk the hallway. She stood quickly, looking at Jacob as he paused at the oben, nach oben of the stairs. My beautiful Jake. But he wasn’t looking at her; he was looking at her father.
“I don’t know,” She heard her father say from behind her.
“Edward,” he almost whined. He then looked down at her, his expression so broken it hurt her. Renesmee flew up the stairs at him, a blur, and flung herself at him.
His arms immediately wrapped around her as she almost knocked him over and his right hand went to her hair.
“Nessie?” he asked, pulling her away. Tears watered in his eyes. She turned quickly to see her family was filing out of the room, going their separate ways. Her mother looked at her, smiling gently.
“We’ll be out at the house if Du need us,” Renesmee smiled at her, looking back at Jacob. His warm skin burned against hers, warming her easily. He took her hand in his, swallowing it as he guided her to the couch.
Renesmee pressed her hand against his cheek. Jacob what’s wrong?
“Nessie, Blake imprinted on you…”
“So?” she asked this time, deciding to speak out loud.
He didn’t answer.
“Jake I still Liebe you. I don’t have any feelings for Blake,” she whispered, Küssen his big hand. A giant smile broke across Jacob’s face.
“He has to stay away from you. Your mine,” Jacob growled. She smiled, Küssen his cheek.
“I already told Du that. Why were Du so worried?” He sighed, pulling her into his lap and tucking her head under his chin.
“When he Imprinted, I felt like something had tugged on my Imprint, like it had broken and his had taken over. But really it wasn’t like that. When he Imprinted I felt his claim on Du and it startled me. Nessie he’s not gonna leave until he gets you,” She looked up at him, his eyes angry.
“What does that mean then?”
“It means that one of us is gonna get you. And that’s gonna cause a fight… One I plan on ending,” he ended with a low growl. She passed her hand over his cheek.
“I’ll always Liebe you, and only Du Jacob. Du don’t need to worry,” He looked at her, his eyes still worried, but he smiled.
“I Liebe Du Ness,” he murmured before he kissed her gently.
*The Weiter day*
“Alice what’s gonna happen?” Renesmee murmured, looking at her. Alice had still insisted on driving her to school, even though they had just gegeben her a new car.
She looked at her for a brief second, her tiny hands tightening on the steering wheel.
“You know I can’t see that Ness. Werwölfe block my vision. I can’t see anything at all,” her voice was quiet and full of an apology.
“It’s fine. I just don’t want Jake getting hurt,” Renesmee looked out the window, watching as water sprayed off the road.
She definitely wasn’t in the mood for school today. Jacob had left late last night after she had fallen asleep on him.
When she walked into English Emily looked at her, her eyes bright with excitement.
“Hey Em,” Renesmee murmured. She smiled, her eyes still excited.
“How was your weekend?” she chirped, practically bouncing out of her seat.
“The party was great and stuff, but Embry got hurt. And then some other wolf imprinted on me,” Emily sighed.
“Yeah I heard about that. Sorry. But oh my gosh I can’t believe Du didn’t tell me about Seth! And Du didn’t tell me that your half vampire!” Renesmee really wasn’t in the mood.
“Haha yeah, it’s not really something I could talk about,” Renesmee said, pretending to focus her attention on the teacher. As class dwindled on she drew Jacob’s name all over her paper, focusing only on him. When the glocke finally rang she jumped out of her sitz quickly, wanting to disappear as fast as she could.
The rest of the Tag passed in a blur, boring her. Renesmee’s thoughts kept drifting back to the weird wolf Blake. She had no feelings for him as anything other than anger. What if he hurt my Jacob?
It was pouring outside when school finally ended. Emily had talked her ear off about Seth all Tag long and her nerves were jumpy. She searched the parking lot for one of her family member’s cars, but none were there. At the end of the parking lot though she saw her brand new Porsche, parked in the last parking spot. She sniffed the air, smelling Rosalie’s scent. She must have just dropped her car off. Why had they not been able to get me? Shaking the thought off, she danced towards her car, opening the door. Climbing in she turned to the passenger sitz and screamed.
A warm hand flew over her mouth, a new scent submerging her nose. He smelled of pine and lavender. He pulled his hand away from her mouth.
“What the hell are Du doing?” Renesmee’s high voice sounded like it was going to break. Blake looked at her, his silver eyes full of wonder.
“I won’t hurt you,” he murmured. His voice was soft and deep, rumbling in his chest.
“Why are Du here?” she asked. Renesmee shook her curls out of her face, her scent spreading throughout the car. He inhaled deeply, passing a hand over her cheek. She smacked him. He didn’t even flinch.
“What’s your name?” he murmured.
“Renesmee Cullen,” She whispered. Something about him was so enchanting, and he was so beautiful. No. I had my Jacob. No one else.
“Well Renesmee Cullen, I am Blake Sharp. And you, are my Imprint,”

1.I'm really afraid of getting hit Von cars, like terrified of it. I'm terrified of crossing streets. I'm also very accident-prone... I think people aim for me.
2.I went to do my first big movie when I was 17. I was in South Africa for three and half months, and I was Von myself.
3.I was just taking out my trash and I had, like, 300 cans of Diet Coke. It was just like, "How did that happen?" I don't even remember buying them. I also like Cinnamon toast Crunch. My addictions are pretty much the only things I consume.
4.I've got a terrible memory -- I end up repeating myself quite a lot. The only thing I can remember is that I'm going to repeat myself!
