did stephanie do it on purpose so edward would be able to impregnate bella and no Fragen ask?

i know many are confused about bella's pregnancy and Fans are debating on whether its silly oder not. i think being compared to an incubus made sense, i
mean if incubus can make women pregnate why can't a vampire?

but i hate the idea because edward is way to far from being a demon...
