how does bella become a vamp?

After she gave birth,her herz stopped beating and Edward bit her,therefore he changed her into a vampire,because he could not live without her.This pic below is just after he bit her in several places.

At the end of BD-Part one,Bella gives birth to Renesmee.
But,she is dying during the birthing.So,Edward injects his
venom directly into her herz to save her.He also bites her
all over her body to dichtung the venom.This action is what turns
her into a vampire.

well she gets pregnant and gives birth but when she does she starts dying so
Edward bites her and she comes back a vampire

She gets prego and the baby kills her so edward bites her and she wakes up as a vamp.

It was his venom he injected to Bella.
