Do Du think that Edward is actually jealous of Jake just because Bella is happy when she is with Jake????????????????????

Well,there is a possibility but i doubt it. He wants her to be happy,of course,but i think he know that she`s happy around him too.
He jealous of Jake,because he can give her life and children. And Edward can`t,so he thinks he`s taking her right to live and to be happy married with children. And then it comes her safety. I mean,he knows that if she...sleeps,you know,with Jake she won`t be hurt. Whereas he can literally kill her.

Edward may not be human but he has human fellings... He can still feel jealousy, happiness, sadness, etc! So when he looks at Bella and Jake for example in the tent in Eclipse is hard for him!
He loves Bella... Mehr then anything in the world and to see Jake being so close to her and doing something for her that he can't do... makes him jealous and breaks his herz because he wished that he could!

If Du saw your boyfriend/girlfriend so close to soemone wouldn't Du be jealous? Bella loves Jake... Mybe not as strong as she loves Edward but she sagte it herself... She loves him! So Edward has reasons to be jealous, even if she chooses to be with him!

I think Edward is jealous because Jacob doesn't have the temptation to kill Bella so of course Edward will be envious. Of course Bella's happiness is important to him but as we know when he leaves her in New Moon her safety comes first.

Although playful, I'm sure there was a tad bit of jealousy. But later, he sagte "This is only about you. All I care is that you're safe."
