i think that he looks like he could be about 28 because he has that tight flawless skin and young look but being a vampire he could make everyone think that he is that young!

I don't think he looks like his supposed physical age, 23. But I believe he'd have to look slightly older than that, oder make himself look older, to make people believe he was old enough to be qualified as a doctor.
