In Eclipse on page 467, what does Alice mean when she says, "What's one Mehr diamond? Well, I guess the ring has lots of diamonds, but my point is that he's already got on on-"? Someone please help?!

It's because Edward has already gegeben Bella one diamond, she just didn't know it.

When Jacob gave Bella the bracelet he had made, at her graduation, there was a tiny wolf charm on it and when Edward sees it, he asks if he can give her a charm for the bracelet too.

He gives her, what she thinks is, a glass heart, but it's really a diamond herz - It was a hand-me-down from his mother. So that's why (:

I think she's talking about the ring Edward is going to give Bella.

Because the herz Edward gave her to add to the bracelet Jake made was actually a diamond and Bella didn't know.

She is refering to the diamond herz Edward gave Bella that belonged to his real mother,Elizabeth,
