Never got much of a chance to watch Transformers Animated, so I'm going with Prime Bulkhead.

Animated Bulky us kinda goofy. Prime Bulkhead is one bad muthaslagger. He's almost as awesome as Fowler.

Lol my dad watches Transformers: Prime with me and he HATES Fowler. I'm not a fan of him either...

ANIMATED Bulkhead sounds just like Patrick Star, and has a primitive weapon of a ball swingy.

PRIME Bulkhead's got a gun and is like the Teen Titan Cyborg.

Animated Bulkhead was voiced by Patrick Star.
