Why isn't Izzy in a shape like Owen because she eats a lot?

I think it's because Owen eats way Mehr I mean True Izzy does eat alot but Owen eats Mehr also maybe Izzy is one of those people who just don't get fat my aunt is like dat.

Because Izzy runs from the police and military and all that, so she cuts down all those calories and fat.
