You’re welcomed into the theatre Von ushers with (London-ly overpriced) Spam sandwiches and are sat in front of a large portcullis. The orchestra start the overture and the scene is set for us Von The Famous Historian (Darren Southworth). After a slight mix up with words (I’m not going to give it all away to you!), Tim curry enters majestically onto the stage as King Arthur accompanied Von his faithful servant Patsy (David Birrell).
