Toadette drove quickly down the pilz Freeway in an effort to get Home before the rain came. She pushed her kart to its limit, 5 miles below the speed limit, but good enough for her.

Toadette: Man, sometimes I wish that Toad didn’t forget about the groceries. Well, I can’t really blame him for it; being one of Princess Peach’s pilz retainers is a very time-consuming job, and I should know, ‘cause I am one. *giggles*

She reaches her exit, Fungus Road. She is forced to wait as the light is red.
