Any idea's as to who Ziva got the Chocolates from on Valentines Day?? (From Jurisdiction 7x18)

Tony seemed to be really bothered Von the fact that she hadn't touched them! Saying she must not like the person very much!! Anyone think maybe they were from him?? oder was he just annoyed someone else gave her a Valentines gift??
