It was a good premiere. It's good to have a show that I actually like on Sunday nights, after the horrible season Fear just pulled.

I think the beach sequence was cool, showing us their training and all, but it sorta seemed overkill. 9 archer for 3 walkers? Whatever. But there were some really cool kills and nice slow motion that I appreciated.

I loved all the scene between Carol and Daryl. It was genuine and adorable. I do love that he's fighting for her to stay, but is also ready to just leave with her if that's what she really wants. They really are the best duo of the series.

I think it's really nice of Daryl to learn sign language, it really shows how much he's grown and how caring of his family he has become, even with the newcomers.

I was pretty much WTFing at the satellite at the beginning, but I do like that they show what would happen with that kind of abandonned equipment. And Eugene might be able to do some useful stuff with that technology.

I still don't care about the love square, but I do think that Eugene with a baby is both cute and hilarious. I said in my death predictions that one of those four would surely bite it this season, saying Gabriel was the most likely. But now Dante is a doctor, so I'll be mad if they kill Siddiq instead of Gabriel, because I like him.

Speaking of Dante, I didn't really mind or care for him on the comics, but OMG so far he's so fucking annoying!

That last scene was my favorite. Holy fuck if eyes could kill! That intense look between Carol and Alpha was AMAZING!! I can't wait to see them interact, fight, talk, FIGHT! It's gonna be great. That's the thing I'm most looking forward this season.

I thought the milartry training was a little silly at first, but then the Michonne kicked in and dang she sliced and diced them zombies.

That small Alpha scene with the machete my lorrrrrrddddd

That doctor guy was annoying as fuck. Hope he becomes zombie food real soon.

Negan was a precious angel. He's just a simple farmer man. Let him live.

Cap'n Carol! Loooooooooooooooooove Cap'n Carol. Loved all the Carol and Daryl stuff. Thought I'd hate it, but it was so good. Very sweet, but very natural too. Genuinely good dialogue. Give me MOAR.

Also, Carol put out a fire with zombie blood. There is nothing more badass than that.

And HOLY SHIT that last scene. HoLY sHiT. HOLY SHIT. holy shiiiiiiiiiiit.

The beach sequence was dumb as hell. If y'all have been training so hard and planned such a big bad zombie maneuver, explain all them damn arrows in places that are not the head. What are you, new? Like B said, overkill.

A+ Carol/Daryl scenes. May the relentless ribbing never cease. =P

I have located 0 fucks to give about Rosita or anyone involved in her baby drama. Same goes for Dr. Douche, hope Alpha meets him soon.
