If people still doubt that Stefan loves his brother they're out of their mind. He WANTS to save his big bro even though he's in love with Elena. He could just let him die (werewolf bite is a good excuse: "sorry can't do anything, it's a wolf bite") and get him out of the way.
What will Stefan haters say? I mean the ones that hate him and love Damon and justify absolutely EVERYTHING he does and turn them into a good thing always... Damon's gonna be alive because of Stefan.
(And I said that as the Damon fan that I am, but let's get real... there are people that justify EVERYTHING Damon does and make it look like he's always right)
