Yes,but it would be kinda strange to just put her in season 2.. and I still can't believe she is not in the show...xD

i do like her character but in the books she is elena's best friend. and for her to just randomly show up in season 2 would be kinda dumb. or at least i think so.

Yes, but they had better not ruin her character, they changed almost every character on the show and I liked Matt in the books, not so much in the tv show and they changed Bonnie and Caroline in the show, but I already hated them so I don't care so much with them, but Meredith is an awesome character in the books and if they bring her in the show, like I said, I hope they don't ruin her.

I haven't read the books but I'll just say yes :)

Maybe in the end of season two/start of season three. I want my fill of Delena and Tyler before they focus on her.
