Jason is thinking about some of the traces of his memories that were recently returned Von the goddess Hera (Or Juno). As for the exact place and time, it was in the Zues kabine at Camp Half-Blood, while Jason was waiting for Annabeth and Rachel to arrive and take him to the head counselors' meeting.
