In Season 4 (I Liebe Lisa) she goes out with Ralph to the Krusty Anniversary Special because she felt bad for him.

In Season 8 Episode 7 (Lisa's datum With Density), Lisa went on a real datum with Nelson.

So the first person is Nelson because she wanted to go on that date, even though she technically went out with Ralph first...
