“I can’t believe Du have to work on New Year’s Eve.” Ponyboy mumbles.

You give him a quick KISS on the cheek as Du head towards the door. “I know, but I’ll be paid extra for working tonight.”

“Waiting tables?” He snorts.

You roll your eyes. “Well it is a holiday.” Not knowing what else to say about your profession, Du add, “Lots of people go out tonight.”

“Can I visit Du to get a New Year’s kiss?” He asks as Du turn the doorknob to the front door.

You stop. Du didn’t want him coming to see where Du worked. “No,” Du say quietly.

“Why not?”

You went into the bathroom to take a shower, but somehow had winded up in the bathtub with your completely immature boyfriend.

“Ha-ving fun.” Du sigh, giving up.

“I know Du would.” He grins as he leans over to KISS you....
