Du were at Buck's party Von yourself, then someone covered your eyes and whispered meet me outside in five minutes. Du couldn't tell who it was, but your curiosity got the best of you. As Du stepped outside, Du saw Dallas Winston, your long time crush. "Hey Dal," "Marisa, I've gotta tell Du something," Dally bit his bottom lip and looked down at yours as Du got closer to him. "Well, I've always liked Du and I know I flirt all the time but you're different, you're special." Now Dally was holding your hands and pulling Du closer to him. "If I can have you, I won't need anyone else in my life, so please Marisa, will Du be my girl?" Your face probably looked shocked because right there Dally decided to pull Du in for a long passionate kiss. "Yes! Dally, I will!" He smiled then Du two got in his car and drove into the darkness of the night with intertwined fingers.
Du smiled at him, waiting for him to continue. He grabbed your hand. “I thought it’d be the coolest thing to be a train. I don’t even know why. Maybe because they’re always moving, they’re big, I don’t know.” He shrugs his shoulders.
“But as I got older, I realized I was like a train. Always pushing forward, no turning around of anything. From the looks of it, my train was going to end me up in jail.” He stops walking at the track switch.
“(Y/N), Du were like my track switch. My train was headed for nowhere till Du came along. Now I see my train going somewhere, to a house, a family, a life.” He pauses. “And I wanted to say thank you.” He says quietly.
