So many great moments in this episode, but Andy in the lake had me laughing out loud.

I have to admit, Andy floating and in the dark later was the funniest of the episode, but for the whole shebang...Pam spilling her guts was one for the whole series.

Oh my god, I could barely pick. Everything was great. Although Pam + courage = greatness.

For me it wasa tie between Pam and the singing on the bus. I always love when they get the characters to sing. I probably would have picked Pam's speech but it was already winning so I thought I would show some love to my other choice.

What happened to Andy and the way Angela handled it was so creative. The writers are freakin geniuses. Angela and Dwight are perfect.

Creed is my hero. There are few times that I laughed so hard while watching this show.

I thought this episode stunk. I felt good for pam but I think it could have been funnier " I do not think that is funny" - stanley. I loved andy falling in the lake but I had higher expectations for the survior spin off.

OMFG! That was amazing. My heart literally skipped a beat. I just hope they don't make us wait until next season to let the fans know what will happen with Jam.

the thing i didn't see coming was the merideth flashes again thing

although the top was definately the highlight, and probably the best moment, all of them were way funny, as are most office episodes!

Oh my god, I died when Dwight was crawling around in the coals. Although Dwight jumping on Andy and yelling "Gryffindor" was unbelievable.

I loved all of those so much but... you can't not pick Pam... I'm so proud of her.
Singing on the bus was pretty darn funny tho!

I loved Stanley attacking Jim and Andy falling into the lake.

Okay, Pam was good, but ANDY, c'mon. That fall was GLORIOUS.

Michael doing the background noises, then yelling WIILLLLLMMAAAAAA! at the end of the Flintstones theme was purely amazing.

I hated that Toby was left behind. I feel bad for him, and he should have an episode dedicated to him.

I love the way that Ryan looked when he's singing...that were some good times for my bearded friend :)

I hated when Dwight was on the coals..haha It was like hurting me to see that. But it also shows how determinded he was to wanting the job. So..I can so see him doing that. Now I had to pick Pam telling the truth because she has no confidence what so ever. She doesn't believe she is good at anything (at sales for example) SO...It was a huge step for her. I am so glad that she told everyone how she was feeling..because You can't keep you feelings in forever..they start building up..and you hurt inside. So I was so proud of her for doing that. And she showed confidence in that one episode..told Jim the truth..and I loved that.
