Even though Dwight wants it so much more I think.

If Jim actually tried, he could be really really good. I mean, he doesn't even consider this his career and he still gets alot of work done.

i think dwight would want it so much more then jim, and would probably do a good job, but everyone would hate him and stupid things like entire meetings about where paper comes from would just piss off anf slow people down.

jim, on the other hand, could probably get the best out of everyone (well....maybe not stanley), but wouldn't be as happy doing it.

remember this isn't for regional manager. it's just for the assistant to the regional manager or as Dwight says assistant regional manager.

Jim currently isn't interested in his work whatsoever and is still great at it... imagine if he tried very hard :)
