What is Darryl's job- I know he worked in the warehouse (obviously) but why does he work in an office now?

He's the warehouse foreman. He pretty much takes care of all warehouse responsibilities. Jo gave him Jim's old Office when he presented an idea to Jo on how to ship the products Mehr smoothly and she was impressed Von it.
