The lion cub show at the end of the first movie was called by the film makers "Fluffy", but it's supposed to be Kiara. Some people think it's Kiara's long-lost older brother Kopa but it is not proven. Hope this helps!

That's because film makers redesign the cub in the early production. Fluffy is officially Kiara. IF Kopa was Fluffy then in that case Disney wouldn't ignored those SNA books and Kopa would be in the TLK 2: SP instead of Kiara. But it didn't turned out that way.
