Hank accuses Phil of doing something nasty in his office. When Hank finds out it was Jon Stewart's dog who did it, Hank tries to ingratiate himself to Stewart, hinting his undying loyalty if Stewart gives him a job.

Hank's contract is coming up and he has threatened to quit if the network doesn't meet his demands. He stops in to see Larry to get his support and explodes with anger in reaction to being treated like a running joke.
