Does ANYONE get why President Snow's breath stint like blood?

THE TRUE ANSWER AS TO WHY:
snow had enemies, kay? they were afraid he would try to poison them. to reassure them, he drank out of their actually poisoned cups, which gave him blooody sores in his mouth. the Rosen were supposed to cover the scent up.

Finnick reveals that President Snow became dictator Von poisoning those in his way to power. Sometimes to cover his tracks, he would drink/eat from the same cup/plate as his victim, then take an antidote to whatever poison he'd laced it with afterward. These gave him mouth sores that never healed, and he wears the genetically enhanced Rosen to try and cover the smell of blood.

Well, Snow poisoned his enemies and drank the poison as well to avoid suspicion. But his antidote didn't work. So that was the effect, the never-healing mouth sores. Which is also why he wears perfume that smells of roses.

It says in Mockingjay that Snow poisoned his enemies and his "allies" so he could rise to power, but to defuse suspicion he drunk out of the poisoned cup himself, wich made his mouth bleed and to cover up the scent of blood he wore the rose in his lapel... only it didn't exactly work!!!! In Mockingjay (the third book in the Hunger Games trilogy) it reveals how Snow drinks blood.

President Snow's breath smelled like blood because he would poison his political competition and his enemies and so no one would suspect him he would put small drops of poison in his own drinks thus giving him sores in his mouth that bled.

President Snow's breath smells like blood because he killed people with poison to gain power (according to Finnick). To lower suspicion, he also drank from the poisoned cup, and the poison created blisters in his mouth that would never heal. Again, this is all according to Finnick.

It is sagte in Mockingjay Von Finnick. To keep his power, Snow poisoned the people that seemed to be a threat to his power. To keep the suspicion away from him, he drank a poison cup too. He had attempted to cure it, but it didn't always work. He got mouth sores that bleed constantly. That's why he wears a heavy- scented rose to keep the scent away from his blood breath. Because president snow used to poison his enemies he would drink from the same cup to deflect suspicion. that is how he became president at such a young age. when he drank from the same poisoned cup he got mouth sores that would never heal so he ears Rosen that reek of perfume to cover up the smell.

President Snow had poisoned people. He thought they where dangerous for him and just got rid of them. So he used poison. He would drink out of the poisoned cup too so he wouldn´t be discovered.
But he had medicine. He didn´t die. But the medicines didn´t completely work, so it left him with some bloody wounds in his mouth that never healed, because he kept poisoning people.
So he used roses, they where supposed to cover the smell of blood. But well, I supposed they really didn´t.

Because Snow poisoned his enemies, and to not draw suspicion to himself, he drank the poison, too. He had a remedy which apparently did not work. The poison hadn't been completely cured, so it left him with a mouth of bloody sores (and serve him right too). So he has a strong scented rose which was supposed to cover up the smell of blood, but he failed.

It's a combination of the things people have stated. Physically the smell comes from the sores in Snows mouth that are ever-present since he drank poison in order to convince his enemies to drink it. Symbolically it represents Snows "appetite for blood" - his willingness to kill in order to Bewegen up in the world. It could also be taken to represent his vampire-likeness in "consuming" everything in his path - the lives and energies of those around him - in order to better his own position. Just as a vampire consumes the blood of other living creatures in order to maintain its own life.

I think his breath smells of blood, because in the Catching feuer movie, he spits up blood in his cup. So I think, that he's dying, and one of the result is that he spits up blood. So that would put the smell of blood on his breath. oder maybe I'm just wrong.

Because he used to poison his compatitions drinks, and to hide this fact and eliminate himself from suspicion he used to take a small drink of the poison, this damaged his thought and mouth over the years. To hide the smell he always wears a blume in his jacket.

It's because he tries to poison people, I don't remember why. occasionally he has to drink the poison so it doesn't look suspicious, and it causes his mouth to bleed. he tries to mask the scent of it with the scent of genetically enhanced roses. I think Finnick sagte that in the middle of Mockingjay.

Obviously, if Du read Mockingjay, he's not a vampire. It was because of trying to trick his enemies into drinking the poison only he had an antidote to. This way, no one could suspect him of poisoning them. It was also why he smelted of roses. To cover the smell of all of the mouth sores.
