they didn't really say how many times, i counted 4 times, but there is also when Katniss tries to get peeta to eat & she has to beg him & she has to KISS him a lot of times.

woops, I read this wrong, Hmmm I don't think Peeta saved Katniss in the first time, except being in the career so he can protect her.
