You're not arguing with logic. Factually speaking lighting is that fast, if you're saying your cousin dodged it then you're wrong. Percy can't keep up a storm either, not that this is relevant to the discussion. You keep listing random abilities of his, that doesn't diminish the lightning argument.

look the out come of this fight has a lot to do with location and environment. If there is already a storm Jason will have an advantage. if they r close to a lake percy has the advantage. but if in a desert on a cloudless day I have absolutely no idea. but if for some reason neither can use their powers and had to stick to sword fighting I believe that percy would win but Spikegilfer1997 you have some great points

Percy is more subjected to the environment. He gets more bonuses from it but without it he's at a severe disadvantage. He hasn't optimized his Hydrogenesis to the point where he can even do it without being hospitalized. Meanwhile Jason doesn't exactly need to generate air for his Aerokinetic abilities.

I'm confused as to why people consistently back Percy regardless of the scenario. Oh right, mindless fans. A powerful, if simple resource.

Jason has server weaknesses too, you seem to be forgetting when talking about his lighting power how he needed his farther's aid to conjure a really powerful jolt of lightning, and they wipe him out very quickly (like Percy's major powers do him). Percy has been hit by lightning from both Jason and Thalia and it did not really do much harm to him. Also Percy is not weakened by not being near water (I am so tired of reading that everywhere) he is strengthen when near it to powers that the other demigods dont have, healing, double strength and power.

He wasn't hit directly by Jason's lightning and Thalia simply hit him with sparks (She is probably the better electrokinetic.)
Certainly Percy is strong without water by air is everywhere. If Jason could direct a bat when he had amnesia and barely knew what he was doing what's stopping him from just tossing Percy into the air and watching him drop?

Percy because Jason's powers drain him to much. If he summoned lightning he would get Percy down but then Jason would be down for longer. Percy's powers don't weaken him in fact the closer to the ocean the more powerful he is.
