If Harry Potter were to fight against the amazing Percy Jackson, who do Du think would win? How?

Percy. Sorry Harry, but Percy because Harry's main defense is his wand. Take that away, and he's royally screwed.

No one would win, because they are fictitous characters.

Percy. he has two weapons: his sick skills with riptide, and water power. Harry has to depend on a stick, even though its magic it's his only defence. Here is how it would go:

Harry "Expelliarmus!" (Riptide flies away then comes right back to Percy's pocket. Awkward silence.)
Percy "Haha!" (summonds hurricane to knock Harry's wand out of his hand and fly it across the world into the deepest crevise in the ocean)
Harry "Uh- oh"
Percy finishes him off with RIPTIDE!

Percy would, but it would be a good fight.

First of all, Harry depends on a physical object to channel his powers through. So he has 1 weapon.

Percy has Riptide, his 1 weapon, which comes back to him whether Harry knocks it away oder not.

But then Percy's powers are channeled through himself, so whatever physical objects he has, he will always be able to use his power over water on Harry.

Also, even if they fought near Hogwarts, Harry's homeground, it is surrounded with water, giving Percy an advantage.

And last but not least, Annabeth and Grover are much kühler than Hermione and Ron.

Steel skin Percy would win no doubt, normal Percy still because metal is stronger then wood. It could change a tad depending on distance buy bets on Percy.
