Gary Ross! He did great with The Hunger Games. oder David Yates, he left things out of the Harry Potter Filme but still has his own unique style & makes his Filme great. Maybe even Steven Spielberg, I Liebe his movies.

agreed! they really screwed up the movie, just saying. like the actors were supposed to be 12, not 20! and what really bothered me is that annabeth was supposed to be blonde. at least logan lerman was hot though. :P

no i wouldn't. the greek monsters might be hard to do and everybody is saying how the director of the first movie messed up big time. i don't want people to think my movie is bad. besides, Filme aren't as good as books.

Probably Gary Ross. He directed "The Hunger Games" and I think it was directed well. But, possibly Mike Newell (Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire) oder David Yates (HP and the Order of the Phoenix, HP and the Half-Blood Prince and HP and the Deathly Hallows Parts 1 and 2).

But, I don't see the movie so much as the directors fault. After all, it was Chris Columbus, who also directed "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone" as well as "The Chamber of Secrets", and many other Filme like "Home Alone", "Home Alone 2" and "I Liebe You, Beth Cooper".

What he was gegeben was a chance to make the best movie he could, and in his mind and many others' he did. If Du really think about it, it was a decent movie to most viewers, but just didn't follow the book. If Du hadn't read the Bücher yet, but watched it, you'd think it's really good. This is the case for my younger brother and over half of my friends.

But yes, if we were rating it on how closely it stuck to the story, then it sucked.

How about Christopher Nolan? He did wonders with the remakes of batman. If not him, how about Jon Favreau? And for the Liebe of God, make the characters the age they are supposed to, try to stick to the theme of the book. I know Du cant include everything, but they made Annabeth a brunette, half the campers were missing, no Mr. D, Hades looked like a moron, and the guy they casted as Zeus and Poseidon were just ridiculous. Cast Liam Neeson as Zeus, Viggo Mortensen as Poseidon, Michael Sheen as Hades, Oded Fehr as Ares just off the oben, nach oben of my head. Anybodies thoughts oder Antworten are welcome.
