Ehmmm....probably not. As much as I would like that, Scott loves Allison (well, as much as a 16 Jahr old boy can Liebe someone). And if there's one word to describe Stiles, it's loyal. Stiles is Scott's best friend and is loyal and would never go after the girl Scott loves. And whoever sagte he would do it as payback, I strongly disagree. Stiles isn't spiteful. That's not him.
