if Du look at the third paragraph down on the lyric booklet, Du can see she only capitalises three letters in the entire song, all in that paragraph. The letters read:

TBH it seems pretty clear who it's about ;)

First of all, Taylor S knew taylor was a sweet and thoughtful guy and young. She had the advantage over him. When we as women know we have a man oder boy where we want them, we get bored oder take them for granted which I think that is what Taylor S did to Taylor L. So now she's feeling a little guilty and beginming to think back to the beginning of their relationship and remembers how good he was to her and wishes she go back and do a "do over" with him. Yes definitely the song is about him. This is the way she expresses herself and she does it well.

Well Taylor is known to write songs about her exes I mean she write about her teilt, split from joe jonas so it could be possible but I doubt it is because they never had a bad break up like her and joe so no I don't think it is
