I'm new to tattoo and need some advice.

Pain level will depend on person and where Du put the Tat. Price will depend on where Du have it done. Make sure Du find a place that is well recommended! Blurred Bilder are nasty and possible if your artist is not a professional, plus Du can get infections that are life threatening.
Make sure Du chose a well recommended artist that opens new needles in front of you, that has a very clean area. Follow all instructions gegeben for care and everything will be fine!
I never had any issues with mine, it is on my right shoulder blade, it is colored and it was not very painful at all. Mine is about the size of the palm of a hand. I would rethink the lower back idea. I have several Friends that have lower back tats (got them when they were younger) that wish they never had them there; now that they are older.

Mine didn't hurt much, I came to the conclusion that part of what makes it hurt is how long it takes (which is a direct result of how large it is). The skin starts to become raw after a while because the artist continually wipes it with a tissue as they work.
However, there are some areas on the body that are a lot Mehr sensitive than others (e.g., hands, feet), so it may hurt a lot Mehr depending on where you're getting it.

The pain depends on you, where Du get it done, how big it is, and if Du get it colored. I have a plain black tattoo on my shoulder and I hardly felt it -- but I have a high pain tolerance. My boyfriend and sister both have colored Tattoos and sagte the colored ink hurt worse than the plain black ink. My sister got her on her ribs and sagte it was the worst pain she'd felt. (She actually had it botched because she kept flinching.)

The price also varies depending on a lot of things. My dad charges based on size, complexity of the design, the time it takes to actually do it, and if the Design is colored oder not. But each tattooist varies. Try talking to a couple of different artists about prices (and also to scope out how they work) to get a Mehr offical idea.
