I think that they'll stop Lilith, but Sam will have become a monster in the process(for whatever reason) and Season 5 will be Dean trying to stop/save Sam.

Season five is gonna probably gonna be the most emotional yet!!!

I'm not sure. It is looking like it, but it could also go the direction that they are after Lucifer. During that they would then deal with the major issue that is SAM being a MORON. But that is me. Although Dean did channel John for a moment last night. That was a little scary. And I don't think he is like Darth Vader, I think he is more like a complete Junkie. I think if it wasn't for the withdrawl and the physical need he has for the DB he would be ok.

i hope Dean forgives Sam...Sam didn't deserve that...atleast Sam understood how Dean felt...but Dean didn't have a clue how Sam felt...how can that be good? If he is so good then he should KNOW how to help Sam...to be honest dean's just been whining all the season...ok at first it was acceptable i mean when he found out...but still he didn't want to have anything to do with what was happening to Sam...the worst part is that Dean didn't even TRY to help Sam...i mean really TRY! when dean used to go out of control..like he did in 2x03 - bloodlust...Sam really helped him...he didn't treat dean with extreme prejudice...he reasoned with him...he was really an understanding person...and that's a lot more than i could say for dean

what did dean really lose?!he never had a gf...not that he cudn't have but he didn't have anything to lose...sam lost so much and still he didn't go crazy like John did when he lost mary...sam dealt with so many deaths mom,jessica,madison,dad,dean and he even has demon blood in him,thanks to azazel...even with all this he was surprisingly more human and more successful,more sensitive than anyone else in his family...

Sam broke finally cuz of the crap dean made him go through...Sam tried hard to help dean cuz..but he got confused when dean wanted to die to keep him safe...pfft! wht didn't dean see clearly?!!i mean sam is infected with demon crap and dean wants to leave him alone?! i mean just becuz someone is strong enough to take care of him/herself do you just stop worrying about them?...i think Sam was good and what's happened to himis dean's fault if not entirely...but still cuz sam really looked up to dean and when dean behaved all weak and all that and gave up fighting....that really affected dean...why didn't dean let sam save him?i really hate that :( damn it,dean! you're good but not smart like ur bro

if Sam can be fixed but if not i'm all for Dean kicking his ass :D

They will pull together to wipe Lilith off the map, but then their relationship will fall apart, and Sam may follow Ruby's example, and it could end up Sam vs Dean.
