News Quelle in China released information in December 2009 that Han Geng is filing a law suit against the SM Entertainment for unfair activity-scheduling.
Han Geng is sagte to have developed gastritis and kidney illness due to his busy schedule assigned Von SME and is seeking termination for his exclusive contract with the company. With a legal representative, the law suit was filed on December 21 with the Seoul District Court.
According to the litigation, it has been two years since Han Geng had rested from his continuous activities SME has designated to him and it was rejected every single time Han Geng requested to return to China for rest.
Due to the contract obligation and heavy penalties, Han is not to skip any activity even during bad health.
It was revealed later on that the non-stop schedule is not the only unfair element presented in the contract; other problems deemed unsuitable include: that the contract was in SME's favor, a 13-year exclusive contract is too long, the real amount of Han's responsibilities and rights are different from those of the contract, real profit earned Von Super Junior members is too low, etc.
SM Entertainment stated that for the sake of Han Geng and Super Junior, they are in talks to resolve the dispute.

On the 25th November episode of Radio star, sterne on Golden Fishery, Shindong expressed that when he joined Super Junior at the beginning, he was deeply hurt that his looks were vastly inferior compared to the other members.
He then felt that since he couldn't compare in terms of looks, he would become the funniest member in Super Junior. Alas, there were many in Super Junior who could evoke laughter better than him. At one point, he felt depressed since he couldn't establish what role he could play in the group and even thought of quitting.

Though, I don't know why Heechul wasn't present for the performance. I do know that the rumor of Mehr Super Junior members having lawsuits is probably false. Why? Because some of the accused actually performed. Thanks to 13elieve for the tip.

After the release of Super Junior's The 2nd Asia Tour konzert CD, we reported that the MV for Sorry Sorry - Answer was going to be released this week. Well, it was finally released on 10 Disember 2009!
The filming, which took place in Namyangju, Gyeonggi, was led Von studio director Chun Hyuk Jin, who has directed many other Musik Videos for SM Entertainment. Their MV is similar to the original, as it has a monochrome concept with primarily black and white hues. After watching the MV, Du will realize that Kangin is hardly seen, probably due to all those problems he caused.
