it's not something he can do only Damon can do it and I'm not sure he's planning on breaking it anytime soon...he's really selfish and would take Elena anyway he can have her unlike Stefan that would let her go so she could be her & not do everything he tells her to do...but if there was a way I'd love to see him do it
