To all the Starbucks employees,
I am a PhD student at the department of Marketing I (Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, Germany). We are conducting an empirical study regarding brand relationship. Therefore, we focus on the people who breathe life into a brand dealing with the customers on a daily basis or more precisely, the ones that give the brand a specific identity, e.g. Starbucks employees.
We are not interested in company specific information, but focus on analyzing relationships that are independent from companies or industries. The evaluation is done anonymously and results are used only for scientific research.
