Sorry I have a poor camera from my android tablet. but I would like to know how my picture looks?

I have an Genesis Prime Android tablet with a gelee bohne and the camera I have is a face camera. I can't find any free app that can rotate the camera. if Du have an android tablet like mine and if Du know how to solve my problem please let me know. plus if there's no image shown when I post it,it's a thnx for my sucky tablet.
