why are people hateing on amy so much? :'(

I'm going to try to look at this from a neutral point of view.
I think that the main reason Amy haters hate her so much is because they don't understand her. To them, she's just a weird happy Fan girl when it's really not like that. She's a diverse character, because aren't they all supposed to be diverse and have totally different personalities to avoid them all being clones and Mary-Sues? Even people I know that don't exactly Liebe Amy as much as I do admit the show, games and comic wouldn't be the same without her- because she's exciting, always up for n adventure, funny, sweet and kind, she's not totally girly since she has very good performance in a fight and has seen Eggman off and running quite a few times, and she's got Sonic and her Friends out of some deep shiz.
Amy is not obsessed with Sonic. she loves him,k and she is confused Von his mixed signals- Sonic likes her, but he doesn't want her to get too attatched to him because he is always off fighting, saving the Tag and being a hero- so he isnt going to be able to devote heaps of time to her. He has a huge reputation to keep up, and lots of people watching, including his Friends who would rib him about it and take the mickey if he made it obvious that he liked her, and he's a teenage boy. Don't Du know that teenage boys are very sensitive about being seen to be big and hard and manly, and most of them aren't open about their relationships. Also, imagine if it got into the wrong hands that Sonic likes her- Eggman for example. He could use it against Sonic and make him lose a battle. So Sonic has to be very tactful, and he can't always tell Amy the reasons for everything, which is probably why she gets annoyed Von his mixed signals- as any girl would- and people think she's being annoying.

So yes, I'd say that Amy haters are people who don't know anything about Liebe oder how complicated it is.. oder how well Sonamy represents a realistic teen relationship. I can totally see where Amy is coming from, and she's not really that annoying. It depends what you'd class as annoying.
I don't think a sweet, kind, but powerful fighter and good friend and big personality is nasty oder worthy to be hated on. And neither do Amy's millions of people who like her.
I will just say, tho, that I think the main people who hate her are Sonamy haters. I don't see why people can't just accept that Sonamy is the here and now, and Sonsally is over. Sonic never even mentions Sally. He loves Amy. sorry to say it, but hating on Amy will do nothing to change that.

Amy is still to young to have a boyfriend and she looks childish because she chases Sonic and cries a lot. In the comics she is WAY YOUNGER than her original age. At the comics she is 11! Sonic and Sally is 17 together so they can pair up.

An 11 Jahr old girl with a 17 Jahr old young man don't match. Plus, Sally is not childish, whenever she sees her boyfriend she doesn't even chase him!

Well, not USED TO. She's still one of my favourites today. She has a sweet little nature, though bossy, takes no crap, but she's a really pretty hedgehog!! <3

Amy can get pretty annoying sometimes. She just represents another overly obsessed fangirl in the world of Sonic. In my book, Amy is okay. I don't hate her, but I don't "love" her either. And this is why. I hate hate HATE how Amy is always obsessed with Sonic. And seeing Amy paired up with Sonic oder anyone else burns me inside. I hate all Amy couples. But when she isn't focused on Sonic, shes a good strong cool character! (although very slow) but sadly it's hard to find a moment where Amy isn't thinking about Sonic. If people stopped pairing Amy up with characters, and Amy wasn't obsessed with Sonic anymore, she might even get into my favorites! But it's seems my wishes won't be granted anytime soon. So Amy will now and probaly forever be in my least favorites.

I just want to say one thing,who are Du guy's to say who sonic should be with.He's a fictional character people quit calling people assholes because Du are just saying that because Du guy's are Amy Liebhaber so plz stop!(Not being mean because i'm nice :))

I don't hate her,i just don't LIKE,at times.She can be annoying,irritating,and useless.Her hammer is useless and it does'nt do anything.And when it does is only does little damage.She's bossy and i don't like that.Amy is not my favorite's,i don't hate her i just don't like her.Her obssestion with Sonic is really annoying,somtimes sonic needs SPACE!!!Sonic is fast and cocky and needs the to get the job done.With amy all on his slobbers it's not goona work.(XD)Even sega sagte that sonic and amy will never be together.Yea somtimes i like her,but yes i like her,but she'a not my favorite,Blaze is.So all amy haters out there(and me)doesnt need to go anywhere thses sre just opinions that WE THE PEOPLE say!It's freedom of speech!And we can say whatever!

Why do people hate on characters at all? It's immature, stupid, and infuriating.

Honestly, I don't think Amy is the best oder the worst, but in every character, there are the pros and the cons. Many think Amy haters hate her because people pair her with Sonic (same for Sally haters, just the other way around). For all of the immature fans, yes, but for many, no. Some hate her personality and others just hate her entirely. And for many who make Amy and Sally enemies, your ENTIRELY wrong. They Friends for crying out loud!

To me, SonSal is still here (the comics are still alive and Fans still support the couple), along with SonAmy (again Fans still support the couple and Sonic X shows a bit of Liebe interest) Come on people! Start the uniting of Fans not hating amoung them!

I Liebe Amy Rose. I don't really like the color rosa but Amy is so kind hearted,sweet,knows how to protect her Friends and herself. I mean if Du don't like then Du should just stop watching Sonic oder something. Hate is a really really strong hurtful word.

I Liebe her, she is amazing! People are just jelous she isn't afraid to be herself around others. She is a beutiful rose that is in full bloom but everyone can be enjoying her but, sadly they're all saying "Look at me. Look at me. Not her!!!"

I don't hate Amy but I don't like either not my fav character but I'm not hating.she's rather annoying and irritating at times.I do like the fact shes really kind and will defend her friends,however the only things I don't like about her is shes pink,,her squeaky voice,she's rather annoying,she always chases sonic around which irritates me,she childish,above all don't like sonamy, and pretty much that's it.I'm netruel with Amy, don't like her but I dont hate her.

Amy was cry about something if Du watched all the episode, and if Du see at tha moment of what happened its just eggman... I hate eggman! But not a lot of people hate amy! I Liebe amy as my friend! i don't hate her. she's just not my Favorit character. i'm not a Sonamy hater nor any SonicXchar. hater. i actually don't care who Sonic dates.

he dates Amy; he loves her and i understand that.
he dates Sally; Hey the herz wants what the herz wants.
he dates Fiona; not his best choice but if he loves her who am i to complain?
he dates Mina; well they're both musical so it's a good match

see no matter who Sonic dates i can pretty much think of a reason to support that. but the only couple i actually do care about is Knuxsu but that's another story. and just so Du know, i do hate Amy at times. but that's usually when she's being mean to Knuckles. that's one of the main reasons i stopped watching Sonic X

Amy chases Sonic wherever he goes and Sonic thinks that it's kinda annoying. Amy is very girly and she is such a crybaby hedgehog. I see Sonic carry Sally all the time, not Amy. People hate Amy because she is annoying to Sonic, girly, and a crybaby.

It's some times SonAmy and SonAlly,(I'm a SonAmy&ShadAmy) but Du don't see me going around saying "SonAmy is better and Sally sucks!"? No, my sister is a SonAlly Fan but she never says anything bad about SonAmy and I dont say anything bad about SonAlly. So Yaeh.

I really don't know why she's hated so much, I Liebe her. People keep saying that only Sally is the right girl for Sonic, but there are a few things wrong with that...Sally kissed 2 other guys as far as I've seen, she wanted Sonic to marry her and rule Von her side but Sonic rejected that because he's not lazy and has no intention on having a life of sitting on a thrown, and finally...Sally is not a CANON character made Von sega, the archie comic creators just made up some princess hündin to fall in Liebe with Sonic, but the archie comic creators are not working with sega and sega did not proclaim Sally to be a canon character...And for any of Du that sagte Amy is too young for a relationship, may I remind Du that Amy is now 19 years old? Don't throw hate Kommentare at me, I'm just sharing my honest opinion...and sort of saying what is true. So, to sum all of this up, I like Amy, she's a sweet and tough girl, and Sally can stay a non canon character and datum Monkey Khan.

I Don't Hate Amy. I Liebe all the characters except for Eggman and Mephiles. I only dislike her obnoxiousness. Everytime Sonic shows up she yells "Sonic!" and runs after him. Is kind of annoying. I believe maybe Sonic do like Amy but,her zany behaviour never gets a guy like him. I understand her obsession and so much Liebe between him. What's positive is that She is nice,funny,cute,and special. What's negative is her obnoxiousness,that's it. This explains that she has Mehr good quality's. I <3 Amy :D. No hate just dislike. Hate and Dislike are two different things. If I hate,I wouldn't care if she died,got sick,or got beat up. Dislike means that Du don't like something that bothers you,hurts your feelings,or doesn't attract you. Hate shows no emotion but Dislike shows emotion. Get it.

Ok I get she can be annoying and a brat but she's the sweetest in the whole game series! I don't ship sonamy but the ship is still good! And to throw this out Amy was 12 in the modern series and sonic is 15, Its not a very big age gap only like 3 yrs?? Yall are so overdramatic- Like if yall don't like Amy being with ANYONE then stop spreading it all over the internet.
