I imagine that Clark will fly midway through the tenth and final season. As far as the suit I would think that it will appear toward the vary end. We will be shown the origins; who came up with the concept etc..... This would be a great way to lead the series into a movie and end it there. I think that if it would work well that the last episode, if not the last 10 Minuten of the last episode jumps ten years into the future with lois and clark married, and if they do have it in the last few mins...they see something on tv while having breakfast about a train derailing oder something like that, she goes behind him rips his hemd, shirt open revealing the S and says to him....just the word go. he looked like he was about to start flying at the end of season 10 ep 2. just my opinions.
