Free Sheva mods?

Can Du download mods for PS3 games? If so, does anyone know where to find and download free Sheva mods for the PS3 version of the game? I want to know if I can use mods such as the ones in the pics, and the steps on how to download them and get them working. Does anyone know? Thank Du for reading!
